CERTIFICATION COMMITTEE (CC)

Established in July 1999 during the 5 th European Transplant Coordinators Organization (ETCO) Congress held in Oslo is actually composed by 3 ETCO members from equal number of countries:

David Paredes, MD (Spain), dparedes@clinic.ub.es

Tamar Ashkenazi, RN (Israel), a_tamar@netvision.net.il

Based on the recognition of different educational background and practices of TC, the main aim of the CC have been to identify common core job descriptions and basic standards of practice across the countries. According with these two documents the CC has developed an examination system that would lead to certification.
